Scooter's publishes official nutrition for nearly every menu item, separately for each size and each milk or sugar option. To get the right calorie count, match three things to your order: the size, the milk, and whether you chose sugar-free flavor. This guide shows how, using the official numbers.

Where to find Scooter's nutrition information

Scooter's lists nutrition on each product page of its website and in a downloadable Nutrition and Allergy Guide. On this site, every menu item page has a nutrition panel where you pick the size and preparation and see Scooter's official values for that exact combination. The nutrition table shows every item at every size, and the calorie finder filters the whole menu by calorie, sugar and protein limits.

The values here were read from Scooter's product pages on October 18, 2026. Recipes change, so if the exact number matters to you, check Scooter's own information too.

Why one drink has so many numbers

A latte isn't one drink to Scooter's nutrition data; it's every combination of size, milk and (sometimes) sugar option. That's why the same drink can show a calorie range spanning hundreds of calories. Here's the Caramelicious, size by size:

Caramelicious: official calories by size and milk
SizeStandard recipeLowest option at this sizeHighest option at this size
Small12 fl oz290250 Almond milk320 Whole milk
Medium16 fl oz400330 Almond milk430 Whole milk
Large20 fl oz500410 Almond milk550 Whole milk
Extra Large24 fl oz560470 Almond milk610 Whole milk

Two things drive the spread. First, size: hot cups run 12, 16, 20 and 24 oz, while iced and blended cups run 16, 20, 24 and 32 oz, according to Scooter's nutrition guide and its XL announcement. Second, milk: Scooter's offers 2%, skim and whole milk plus almond, oat and coconut milk, and each has its own official numbers. The "lowest" and "highest" columns above show how far milk alone moves the total at each size.

Official calories for a range of drinks

To compare drinks fairly, this table uses the same recipe rule for every row: a medium with 2% milk and regular flavor wherever there's a choice. The last column shows the full range across every size and milk Scooter's lists.

A few patterns stand out in the official data. Unsweetened bases (espresso with water, cold brew) are close to zero calories on their own. Lattes add milk, and the sauce-based drinks add a lot of sugar on top. Blended drinks and smoothies are among the highest because of their bases. Food items are single-serve, so they have one number each.

Remember that iced and blended drinks are larger than hot drinks at the same size name, so a medium iced drink is not the same amount of drink as a medium hot one.

"Not listed" is not the same as zero

Some values are genuinely zero: Scooter's lists 0 grams of sugar for some unsweetened drinks. Others simply aren't published. A few items have no official nutrition at all. On this site, a confirmed zero shows as 0, and anything Scooter's hasn't published shows as Not listed. We never fill a gap with an estimate or a zero.

ExampleWhat the data saysHow this site shows it
Cold BrewScooter's lists 0g sugar (medium)0g — a confirmed zero
Sweet Cold FoamNo official nutrition publishedNot listed — unknown, never treated as zero
Pumpkin Caramelicious LatteNo official nutrition publishedNot listed — unknown, never treated as zero
Bottled WaterNo official nutrition publishedNot listed — unknown, never treated as zero

Caffeine is the biggest gap: Scooter's doesn't publish caffeine amounts for any drink, so you won't find milligram figures here. The caffeine guide explains which drinks are made with a caffeinated base instead.

What changes the numbers after you order

  • Add-ons aren't included. Extra shots, extra sauce, whipped cream on a drink that doesn't come with it, and cold foam all add to the official base figures.
  • Sugar-free flavor isn't sugar-free milk. It removes sugar from the syrup only. Our sugar-free guide shows how much sugar remains.
  • Stores can vary. Official figures describe Scooter's standard recipe. Preparation can differ slightly from store to store.

How to use these numbers

  1. Open the drink's page, for example Iced Latte, and choose your size and milk in the nutrition panel.
  2. If you're choosing between drinks, use Compare to see them at the same size.
  3. If you have a limit in mind, the calorie finder shows every drink with at least one size and milk under it.
  4. For the lowest options overall, see Lowest-Calorie Scooter's Drinks and Drinks Under 200 Calories.

This is general information from Scooter's published figures, not medical or dietary advice. If you have a medical condition or allergy, confirm details with Scooter's and your store.
